Job Description of Branch Manager-

The objective is to achieve multi-dimensional growth targets in deposits, advances, and profit for the branch by maximizing sales through strengthening existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities. The aim is to provide quality service with efficient operational controls to minimize all risks by strictly adhering to KYC/AML, SBP & Internal Policies, Processes, and Credit Manual/Circulars.

The job entails developing and implementing sales plans to deepen existing relationships and identify new opportunities for achieving the branch’s multi-dimensional targets in deposits, advances, and profit. The front-end staff must be trained and motivated to develop their technical and core competencies and led as per the sales plan for sales maximization.

The role involves evaluating, recommending, and supervising all asset-related matters, including credit proposal elevation. The service management program must be adhered to, and processes, practices, and resources reviewed and improved continuously to ensure that service standards are met for customer retention.

The financial targets for the branch must be met, and cost controls ensured, while revenue generation is maximized through good selling and plugging revenue leakages in the branch.

Minimum Experience:

• 5 years of branch banking experience.
• Currently working as BM.
